Villa Bella Vista sits on a large lot at the end of a wide canal in the southwest of Cape Coral, with the coveted southeast exposure: sun on the pool from morning until late afternoon. From your private dock you can head straight out to the Gulf of Mexico by boat – or simply relax there and enjoy the view across the water.
Inside, high vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan create a bright, airy atmosphere across about 145 m² (1,560 sq ft) of air-conditioned living space. The villa has just been renovated and redecorated: new leather seating, a 75-inch Smart TV with streaming apps, and all mattresses replaced in 2023. The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar with three stools, so whoever cooks is never left out.
Most of your time you will spend outside on the screened lanai – around 100 m² (1,080 sq ft) with a covered terrace, four sun loungers, a table for six and a Weber Genesis II gas grill. The electrically heated pool measures 9 × 4 m (30 × 13 ft), with a shallow end for children and 1.80 m depth at the far end.

The villa is in the quiet Pelican neighbourhood of southwest Cape Coral, right on a wide canal with direct boat access to the Gulf of Mexico. Supermarkets and restaurants are a few minutes by car; the Gulf beaches of Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel and Captiva are within easy reach for a day trip.
Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) is about 35–45 minutes away – a rental car makes the trip easiest.
